This place was an absolute pleasure! First of all, the staff were amazingly friendly! From the moment at check in to check out, every encounter with staff was gracious. They made us feel comfortable, talked sports with my husband daily(let’s go Mets!), troubleshooted any problem that popped up and thanked us on our way home. The pool was just the right cooling off station or to lounge by, and was very clean. The convince of location to park the car and walk to everything made it a leisurely relaxing vacation. The room was fine, just wish it had a full length mirror. This was a last minute vacation plan for us and it worked out well! PS I loved the wallpaper in the office!! Thanks THI, see you again, soon!!
I can’t say enough about how great The Heritage Inn was! I’m actually sad to leave! So pleasantly surprised with the facilities: Meticulously clean, up to date, in excellent working order and beautifully decorated. The staff were incredibly helpful in person and on the phone. I’m looking into changing my reservation at another location in July to The Heritage Inn. We can’t wait to come back!
We really enjoyed our stay at Heritage Inn! We visited Cape May for a short weekend getaway. It was a last minute decision, but we were able to find accommodations at Heritage Inn for a very reasonable price. We checked in late in the evening, and the front staff were happy to check us in and give us recommendations for dining and activities. A private parking lot is available to guests, so no need to worry about finding a parking spot. The rooms were large and clean. Nothing fancy, but just what we needed. The pool and rooftop area were our favorites! The Heritage Inn is in a great location. The beach is just a walk across the street, and it’s very walkable to many great restaurants and shopping. Overall, we loved our stay at Heritage Inn and would absolute recommended it.
The hotel is in a great location, close by to the beach and Washington street mall. The staff were really nice too. The rooms definitely could use an update though. When I walked into the room I was hit with a musty smell and the carpet felt slightly sticky. But other than that I had a good experience.
We stayed at Heritage Inn for just one night over Memorial Day weekend and were overall very satisfied with our experience. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, and the location was excellent — just steps away from the beach and close to restaurants and shops. We especially enjoyed the pool and the rooftop area, which had a lovely atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and responsive, making our short stay pleasant and easy. Would definitely consider coming back!
This is a fantastic hotel! Great rates especially for it's location which is right across from Convention Hall and the beach. Parking is easy here. Close to several restaurants, Washington Mall and bike rentals. Arcade is across the street which is great on rainy days and you can't even hear it from the hotel room. The rooms and common areas are very clean and well kept. We had an efficiency and it was great! The staff is top notch - very friendly, helpful and really want you to enjoy Cape May. They even went above and beyond when my daughter left her stuffed bear in our room (forever grateful for that!). I'd highly recommend this inn to anyone traveling CM.
This place was truly a gem! The owners are Incredible! Hospitality second to none! The staff is super friendly , Extremely accommodating! Customer Service, you don’t often see any longer. This place became a quick favorite upon entry. The beach, front view, rooftop deck, Quaint, cozy pool Are just a few of the wonderful amenities this place offers! I cannot wait to come back! I loved my stay here. The Inn is so conveniently located. The staff was delightful and accommodating. This was my first trip to Cape May and the Heritage Inn. I would most definitely return. The only warning is that there are no elevators. So, if you are handicapped, stick to the first floor. We will request 1st floor when we return.
Great place, right across the beachfront! Very conveniently located near the most happening area in Cape May. 10 min walk from the Washington street mall. They have very few parking spots at the hotel lot, but have additional parking pretty close by. The pool was a lot smaller than we thought looking at the pictures. Overall, if you are looking for a place close to enjoy the beach then it’s perfect!
Pleasant and very clean. The room was a good size and had the fridge, microwave and coffee pot as stated as well as cable TV. Staff were very nice. I would definitely stay here again, and recommend
